Tore up from the Floor Up!

It may not look like there have been a lot of changes but but all of the flooring has been removed as well as the ceiling.

In the old kitchen the floors weren't leveled. Once you got to the back portion of the kitchen the floors slanted. Every so often we would kick over the dogs' water bowl by mistake and water would go rushing towards the back wall. Well, once they removed the floor we found out that the floors were actually pretty leveled.

It turns out that the kitchen may have been split in to two rooms at some point. The front portion had more flooring than the back. Somewhere along the line, during some renovation, some one made the decision just to continue to lay flooring over the entire surface without leveling the back with the front, thus we had a slight incline. I'm glad to find out that we didn't have a structural issue as I'd originally feared.

Anyone up for a little dumpster diving? Look at all of the crap... and that's the second load!
